How an evening works
I play live with bouzouki and voice, matched to your venue and your guests.

Quieter during dinner, louder later if the room wants it.
Flexible booking
A single evening or a regular monthly date, whichever suits you.
Little setup
No large stage needed. I bring my instrument and am ready quickly.
Repertoire
What I play in the restaurant
Familiar Greek pieces that many guests recognise and can often sing along to.
Rebetiko and Laiko
Classic songs from the Greek repertoire, suited to dinner and conversation.
Island songs and dance
If the room is ready for it, we move into dance pieces like sirtaki and nisiotika.
Volume
During dinner I keep it quieter. Later I play louder only if the guests want that.
Duration
Usually three to five hours. We agree the exact length before the date.
